There are many reasons I can recommend this venue, but the main things I want to highlight here are: 

1) Undoubtedly the most beautiful oceanview background for your wedding ceremony on Cape Cod. 

2) Just one wedding per weekend. 

3) weather contingency backup plan for your wedding ceremony – the ballroom is large enough for an inside ceremony, and you still get the scenic ocean background. 

4) Modern looking event space with Cape Cod vibe

There are different venue options for weddings and events of all size and number of guests: 

• The ballroom can host up to 250 people and has a stunning view of Nantucket sound. Glass walls give natural light, such important for beautiful photos. 
• Private beach. Pelham houser resort owns an easy-accessible private beach, which is excellent for the outdoor wedding ceremony. 
• The lawn. One of the best locations for your wedding ceremony by the ocean on Cape Cod. And I’ve seen them all! 
• Rooftop restaurant and bar with a capacity of up to 150 guests. My favorite spot! When there, It feels like you’re flying above the ocean. Perfect place for an outdoor wedding reception on Cape Cod. 
• The patio. The best place for a cocktail hour! The covered area next to the lawn with comfortable outdoor furniture and modern fire tables. 
• Pool deck. Fantastic location with a laid-back vibe for a casual event or wedding cocktail hour or after-party. 
• Nantucket Sound Room. With the capacity for up to 40 people, it’s perfect for a small intimate wedding reception on Cape Cod.
